The AxleTech TA267 series non-planetary rigid axle is engineered to meet the demands of the aircraft baggage tow tractor industry.  With an axle load capacity of 6,000 lbs, (2,700 kg.) this axle covers a broad range of demanding tow tractor applications.

The TA267 offers a wide range of overall gear ratios, tracks, and axle mounting centers tailored to your specific needs.  The axle housing and drop box design provides flexibility for driveline location and allows for a shorter wheel base vehicle.

Service brakes are hydraulic dry disc brakes with one or two calipers per wheel end.  An optional parking brake mounted on the drop box provides OEM flexibility for vehicle parking.

The AxleTech TA268 series planetary rigid axle with an axle load capacity of 10,000 lbs. (4,500 kg) is designed for the industrial tow tractor market.  This axle utilizes a conventional axle input with planetary wheel ends to handle increased draw bar requirements.

The TA268 series axle is provided with hydraulic drum brakes.
