PLANETARY RIGID AXLES
PRLC1794 SERIES

PRODUCT SUMMARY

The AxleTech International PRLC1794 series rigid planetary axle is engineered to meet the increasing powerful demands of the heavy-duty lift truck market. With an axle capacity range up to 130,000 pounds (59,000 kg) for lift truck applications, this axle covers a broad range of lift truck and empty container applications.

The PRLC1794 axle series offers a wide selection of overall axle ratios, load capacities, vehicle installation
mountings for performance characteristics tailored to your needs.

Engineered for compatibility with demanding traction conditions, the PRLC1794 meets the trend of increased
driveline torque, and loading conditions with its optimized ductile housing design that provides an extra ruggedness for prolonged use as well as life. The PRLC1794 design helps reduce OEM/end-user maintenance costs through a series of standard and optional features. A standard unitized input pinion seal reduces the likelihood of carrier oil leaks and carrier thrust screw for ring gear support in high torque applications.

Options also include multiple axle mountingcenters to provide flexibility to match OEM vehicle installations. Mechanical wear indicators are available to permit visual inspection without axle/wet disc brake disassembly. Optional wet brake jack-screws and temperature sensors provide the OEM the ability to customize their wet brake vehicle systems. Optional input park brake feature allows the OEM the ability to select to park on the axle input of the planetary axle.

Also available are various input yokes/flange options. AxleTech International rigid planetary axles are tough,
dependable, and thoroughly proven under the most severe conditions.

AxleTech International is the former Rockwell® Off Highway and European Specialty Products Group.
