This position is responsible for source selection and procurement functions directly associated with the company's needs for production materials and service parts. These products are to be secured at cost, quality and delivery competitive levels consistent with AxleTech's policy and performance standards.
Looking for part-time, year-round Information Technology Co-Op beginning immediately. Ability to work with current year school schedules. Working hours approximately 8-20 hours per week.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The information technology Co-Op will manage Oracle JDE enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, help desk tickets and manage associated projects.
This role will be under the New Product Development Engineering group, which is focused on the design and development of AxleTech’s Electric Vehicle portfolio.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Global EHS Leader is responsible and accountable for evaluating the adequacy of resources and establishing, implementing and maintaining the EHS Management System. This role will ensure that OSHA and Environmental compliance is met, will train, recommend safety improvements, establish and maintain record keeping for all facets of EHS. This position will also be responsible for all certifications.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Plans, organizes, and controls the AxleTech Product Rationalization and Optimization (AT-PRO) Idea Generation Phase of a Product Line or Commodity identified as a Wave (systematic investigation for cost reduction opportunities). The idea generation phase includes both the commercial, technical and operational areas of the business with a focus on Electric vehicle programs.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Team Lead will be responsible meeting daily production requirements by effectively organizing, motivating, delegating, and leading the kitting department. May work and be cross-trained in various departments including, but not limited to, picking, kitting, shipping, receiving, brake assembly or any other manufacturing or distribution areas within the facility.
POSITION OVERVIEW: This position will be responsible for ensuring rapid development and implementation of product extensions and expansions to support the company's overall strategy and goals for all brake products at AxleTech.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Develop new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new applications sales strategies within North America. A strong focus placed on current customer base with refined efforts to maximize organic growth. The Sales Manager will meet and exceed customer expectations and be a key driver in recommending new sales channels to aggressively grow market share.
