The Buyer will work closely with the program team and the supply base to identify and service internal customer demands such as cost reduction strategies, new business growth initiatives and quality and delivery improvement.
This role will be under the New Product Development Engineering Group which is focused on the development of AxleTech's Electric Vehicle portfolio.
The Account Manager is responsible for defining and implementing comprehensive customer strategies for their assigned OEM accounts. While coordinating with cross-functional departments within AxleTech, the Account Manager owns the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth, profitability and customer satisfaction of their assigned accounts.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The role is an integral member of the Global Aftermarket management team, supporting the VP, Aftermarket and VP, Operations and the entire operations team.
